I too have a 770ED. The thing came with the softdvd stuff
installed pointing to the wrong device (D: instead of what
it actually was -- e:) that took me a while to figure out
since it doesn't seem to let you change it from any
configuration screen.

Not mine. Although I stopped using w95, it worked fine for
the first week I had it ;-)

I run linux pretty much exclusively on my laptop (with the E
window manager -- WAY COOL) and that at the full
resolution. Works great for me. I had to buy a sound
driver for it (about 50 bucks I think) but other than that
it was cool. If you want details on the setup let me know.
