Ordered a "i" 1720 (266p2) today direct from IBM.

Hope my little old 701 does not take it too bad...(;

Expected ship date is Nov 23rd..

Anyone else ordered one yet??

BTW the "i" series only has 1 year warranty.. I ordered a year extended
to make a total of 2 years ($99.00). May order another year once I get the
machine paid off...

BTW I noticed that CompUSA's price a few weeks ago was 2499.00. Now it
3499.00!!
