I don't know who wrote about having trouble with the 755C's video drivers
for Win95/98, but I just got a 755CX (which appears to have the same video
chipset), and last night I installed DirectX 6.0 without a hitch.
Ultimate Doom for Windows 95 (a DirectX Windows app) didn't run well at
all in 640x400 (upper-left corner image, wrong colors, slow frame rate),
but it ran great at 320x200 and 320x240.
