My 701 has 40 megs of RAM in it. I bought a 32 meg module from Viking
Components for about $100.00

 I came across a Thinkpad 701 (SX4/75, 8/540, 10.4" TFT) for what I
felt was a pretty low price ($250) so I bought the thing. Not a bad little
machine and I'm sure I'll find a use for it. I just need to expand the RAM
so I'm curious how much RAM a 701 will take and where the best (read least
expensive) place to get RAM is these days?
