(1) ibm.net, which would be a natural, though (a) they've just changed their
policies to make worldwide login more difficult, and (b) they will likely be purchased by AT&T soon
(2) AOL (I think they might soon have more international points of presence
than compuserve, God help us all)
(3) Starbucks - well, they don't do internet hookup yet, but I believe that they're just biding their time:-)
