Yep. It dries, of course.
I'm not familiar with the epoxy Dave mentioned... (but I'll be watching
for it now ;-) ), but I've used the Defroster Repair Kit stuff for my
360C keyboard ribbon, many broken traces in my normal keyboard, some
beat up electronics and, well, a rear defroster.
