is there a problem with the mailings?

i am receiving the list, but it is cut off.. i get something like the
first 7-10 topics, and nothing else.. it's just cut off.. it has been
happening for the last few days..

could it be ms/hotmail cutting them off? if so, what do i need to do to
change my subscription to another e-mail address?
