Unsubscribing for those who don't know how

Okay, I'm sure others can understand how frustrated I am at getting constant
unsubscribe messages.

Just so everyone who wants out will know,
send email to

thinkpad-request_at_cs.utk.edu, NOT NOT NOT thinkpad_at_cs.utk.edu

also, don't just put subscribe, unsubscribe, or misspell like subsribe or unscribe.

You type either subscribe email_at_provider.com OR unsubscribe email_at_provider.com

I think this should be easy for most people to understand.
