Regretably, you may need to send it back yet again..
this time follow up by telephone..
be persistent and firm.. be nice.. sugar gets more than vinegar..
be sure to contact the tech working on your machine..
if there is a service center, a GOOD service center nearby, by all means,
explain the situation and then take it in..
its not a long job to swap the top cover/display assembly....
