There are two tyoes of SDRAM SODIMMS!
I took a 64MB SODIMM SDRAM from my Sony and put it into the 770ED. Had a lot
of probolems. Seems the Sony takes 4x16 SDRAM in the 64 MB variety, the IBM
takes 8X8 SDRAM!
In 32 MB, they both take 4X16. Go figure. It really did create problems,
whichmay not manifest themselves for a few days.
