One of the guys at work in the furniture section has a ThinkPad 560, and whenever he takes
off the AC power, the machine dies. I think it's the battery, because he says the light
doesn't turn on (for charging), and he's also tried taking the battery in and out of the machine.
Unfortunately, Corporate serves him, so they want to send him a new machine (where he needs a Zip drive
to first back up his data).
Has anyone had this problem? Is it probably the battery?
