the question is way too broad..
BUT.. :-)
the IBM AC adapter provides about 16VDC through a round 'barrel' type
plug..
the 'tip' is positive, the ring is negative..
with the above info. being correct on the tosh adapter, then if it fits,
it should work fine..
no warranty implied.. :-)
