Doesn't appear to be. So far, I've had a 755CE (2 years), a 760XL (18
months) and now a 600 (1 month). Others on my unit have had various 560s
and 760s for 12-18 months. All of them have spent at least 8 hours a day
Monday-Friday in port replicators or docking stations with the lid closed -
no screen problems caused by heat that I'm aware of. In fact, the only
screen problem that I know of was the denting problem with one of the 560s.
