maybe..if it is a model # 2635-EAU, FAU, HGU, JGU, HBU, JBU & JCU
the answer is YES..
it'll take the 128meg part..
$450 to $600 depending upon manufacturer...

check the IBM web site hardware manuals for the details..it'll take any 17mm
HDD..
not sure if the 8.1gig will actually WORK in the 380 series..
but it'll sure fit..
