Employers probably lose 20 times that number with lost productivity JUST
BY USING WINDOWS. --When I worked for myself and tracked everything, both
for billing and to discover where the losses were, I discovered that
around 20% to 30% was wasted time due to windows and the junkware sold for
it.

What I really find really amazing is that no one has done any classical IE
studies to identify and track the problem.
