My guess is that SoftDVD is looking at the wrong drive letter. You
could try to reinstall it and specify the correct drive letter, or
perhaps you can find it in the registry. I don't recall if it can be
set from within SoftDVD or not.
I had this same problem. Reinstalling SoftDVD with the correct drive
letter fixed it.
