any round plug IBM ac adapter will work fine on most any thinkpad with the
round socket..
i.e. 701, 365, 560,770 and most likely the "i" series and the 380 series..
i suggest that you get a new one from IBM or any direct vendor, or advertise to
buy a used one..
cost is around $50 (new) and can vary depending upon target machine..
suggest more of the 560 variety..
