That's *mostly* true. If one purchased the Microsoft Developer Network
(Professional or Universal), it came with that. Of course, most people
probably didn't spend several hundred to $2K for an MSDN subscription just to
get FAT32 on their ThinkPad!

I don't know whether a new subscription would include the Win95 operating
system versions, or just Win98 and NT. It certainly didn't include Win3.1 last
year. I don't know when they consider an OS release so "old" that it is no
longer included in MSDN.
