I don't think using the same CD over again
violates the license. The company I worked for
last was very careful about doing everything in
the most legal way. They can't afford the bad
publicity that would accompany a suit against
them. But they used the same CD over and over.
They bought a new package for everything they
didn't have a site license for. The discs were
stored and ready to be shown. But with 1400
desktop PC's they would never have been able to
keep up with using the correct CD for every
installation or repair.

I'm quite sure they would have tried, though, if
it hadn't already been cleared by the legal
department.
