I found this on the "graphics version" of their web site. But there is no

Our prices
We consistently offer the lowest price possible to our customer. Our
pricing are updated daily, so all 35,000 products are inline with latest
market price. Some store, local or mail order, will attempt to lure you in
with few extra low pricing specials, and then make high margin on other
products. So if you are looking for a service that promise to bring LOW
prices to EVERY product that you are looking for, Access Micro Online is
the place to go.
When we charge your card
We won't charge your credit card until we ship your order. However, for
products with short ETA (estimated time of arrival) notice, charge could
occur 2 to 3 days prior to ship out date.
What we do about mispricings
Mis-pricing does occur despite our best effort. Due to over 35,000 products
listing, mistake does happen.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the
lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you
for instructions before shipping.
