HELP!!!!

I am the owner of a not so happy 750cs, not 5 minutes ago a disk got jammed in the drive. I managed to retrieve the disk by disassembling the drive (before anyone mentions anything, I'm an electronics engineer, used all the proper tools etc...) Unfortunately, when I removed the disk I found that the top head had shattered. Ooops.

Has anyone got a spare floppy for this machine that they would be willing to let me buy (nice 'n' cheap please...) as I really need this machine running asap.

I'm in the UK.
