it was hoped (and mentioned) when the 770-1AU came out that there would be an
upgrade path sine these machines used the mobil module..
it has not happened and i would not mess with my warranty by trying to upgrade
the cpu..

easier to buy a newer model than the former..

the only machine i support a cpu upgrade on is the 701C which does benefit from
this procedure.. :-)

the old 755 cpu upgrade was about $1k originally, then came down..
anyone want one..?? i have one..!! :-)

the 701 cpu upgrade goes for about $250 to $300..
