I recently saw the 8-20x IBM drive for under $200 - maybe at the PCs Compleat or Comp USA website.
I had trouble getting a couple of non-IBM drives to work on my 560, and finally got the 4x IBM, with which I am very pleased for the
following reasons (besides the color-coordination and cool look):
(1) Very solid case (much more than the Panasonic and Sony drives)
(2) Doesn't slow down to a lower speed when used on battery mode instead of power
(3) The rechargeable battery pack works well (though takes a long time to recharge)
(4) Will also take bog-standard AA batteries, *extremely* useful in a pinch.
