Can just help with part of the question - I have not yet seen an internal zip
drive for the 250 meg disks. The internal zip drives currently just take the
100 meg disks.
The 250 meg Zip Drive (the external ones) are backward compatible (i.e. they
take the 100 meg ZipDisks) but to my knowledge the 100 meg drives can not
use 250 meg disks.

There IS one thing I'm unsure of - I thought the 770 was a model without a
SelectBay? If that is so, then you can't put anything in it, including a
ZipDrive. I thought that was the difference between the 600 and the 770? Or
is that a 7-something else?

You might try looking at the websites of the internal zip drive makers, like
CNF and VST.
They may soon have them available.

I have used internal 100 meg Zip drives for several years, first with my
Toshiba Sat Pro, and now with my TP600. I have been happy with both. In
fact, the ability to have an internal Zip drive was one of my main criteria
for purchasing this TP600.

You can purchase the current ones from either their websites or from places
like PC Connection (with whom I do most of my mail order computer supplies
ordering).
