Greetings...
My 760xd's keyboard has degenerated to the point where I can barely use it.
I have removed keycaps and cleaned each key, but the problem persists. I
have to press very hard directly on each key to cause it to
respond....horrible for one's typing speed!! (Is 9 wpm good?) My questions:
Is there some OTHER way of maintaining my keyboard?
My 365xd's keyboard is far superior, is it a fluke in this model?
What can be done to remedy this via IBM?
