Now, now...
Speaking as an TP 1451 Series i owner, I am very impressed with the
quality and construction of the unit.
It may have plastic in it, but it is hardly a toy, or fragile. Mine has
performed very well. It is easily the best laptop of the ones I've seen
lately, although the higher-end TP's I haven't seen. It compares very
very well to units made by Toshiba, Dell, Sager and some others I briefly
sneered at. ;-)
Time will tell how sturdy it is, but I expect this to be a winner. I've
dealt with enough laptops from the repair standpoint to think this.
