one direction enables a 32meg DIMM in the outboard DIMM socket, the other
direction enables a 64meg DIMM in the same socket..theres a bit of history
attached to this, but suffice it to say thats what the switch is for.. :-)note:
the switch affects ONLY the outboard DIMM socket..
