ok, its obviously some misbehaved app..
IF you have done all the correct drivers correctly, of course..

IF this occurs right away after booting up, then it MAY be an issue with
drivers but i doubt it..

what is happening, i think, is the video ram is haveing a spastic fit.. (sorta
like my wife when she wants me ot "clean up!"...

how to cure.. ?
whats running ?
ohhhkay, i'll look at the image..
hmm..
what is the app that is displaying the image..?? or is that your wallpaper..?

suggest that you run the hardware tests...
test the video...
