you can try using the 385 drive in the 770..
win9x will have fits about the drivers and so on, but SHOULD eventually hand you a
fairly decent OS..then you can add the 770Z apps from the Software Selections
CD..

i'm not sure what you mean here..is it that you want to turn two thinkpads loose
in a breeding cage and hope for a baby workpad..?? :-)
or perhaps put the same two machine in a wine press and "merge" them into one..??
