How can I get an external microphone to work with the TP380D?
I tried numerous settings in the volume control but cannot record any
sound through the microphone jack. I tested the microphone on another
computer and it works. I can also record sound with the internal
microphone on the ThinkPad but when I plug in the external microphone,
neither the internal nor the external microphone work.
IBM's documentation in this area is not very useful. Any advice, also
>from owners of other TP models, would be welcome.
