I can relate a very recent experience with EasyServe and my refurb 560x
that I bought last Septmber. I had reported here last week that my left
mouse button on the palm rest would only function for a few clicks after
boot-up, and then die. I tried a complete reinstall from the recovery CD
and that didn't work. So on Thursday of last week, I called in and asked
that they pick up the notebook at work, the next day. On Friday an
Airborne Express courier picked up the notebook and gave me a tracking
number. On Tuesday (yesterday!) I called and was told it had been
shipped back to me Monday night. A little bit later, my 560x was
delivered right back to my work place, with a clean screen, a new
keyboard and new track-point eraser head. I was, to say the least, very
impressed.

That all depends on what you want to do, I may pop for one more year as
by then I'll probably be trying to find a refurb or close-out 560z

It's been said before, but it's certainly true. It makes you feel that
you spent your money wisely, especially after reading some of the
service horror stories on comp.sys.laptops.
