Following are CPU and memory tests, comparing
a p90/p120 Thinkpad 760CD. The unit has 64Mb Ram.
All tests done while running DOS from a start disk.
Probench.exe
p90 cpu 39.25 million is the b/m
p120 cpu 49.41 MIS
Cachcheck p90
CACHECHK V6 12/26/96 Copyright (c) 1995-96 by Ray Van Tassle. (-h for help)
CMOS reports: conv_mem= 640K, ext_mem= 64,512K, Total RAM= 65,152K
"GenuineIntel" Pentium Clocked at 90.0 MHz
Reading from memory.
Extra tests----

This machine seems to have both L1 and L2 cache. [reading]
L1 cache is 8KB -- 123.8 MB/s 8.5 ns/byte (379%) (147%) 2.9 clks
L2 cache is 256KB -- 83.8 MB/s 12.5 ns/byte (257%) (100%) 4.3 clks
Main memory speed -- 32.6 MB/s 32.1 ns/byte (100%) [reading] 11.0 clks
Effective RAM access time (read ) is 256ns (a RAM bank is 8 bytes wide).
Effective RAM access time (write) is 184ns (a RAM bank is 8 bytes wide).
"GenuineIntel" Pentium Clocked at 90.0 MHz. Cache ENABLED.
