You need to go into the ThinkPad Configuration in W95 and disable
hibernation. This will delete the hib file.
You then need to go back in and enable hibernation. This will re-build
the file.
I think the problem you are having is that you need a file bigger than
the amount of RAM in order to hibernate. You still ahve the 40 MB file,
which is too small.
