I agree with STeve..
if its the connector or cable, ez serve MIGHT replace that part or reseat the
cable plug to the system board socket, but if its anything else, the whole display
will be swapped out and the old one will probably wind up being refurbished..
i have a Philips flat panel display that looses the bottom 1/3 of the display..
slowly washes away into white..
it comes right back with a squeeze on the left edge of the case..
its sad, i paid $3500 for this thing a couple years ago, warranty is over, color
is crappy compared to an h/p sitting next to it, and they both fade into
insignificance compared to the IBM 16inch displays next to the former two..
i suggest doing SOMETHING before the short one year warranty goes bye-bye.. :-)
