usually on thinkpads its 95%, but my experience on all the 'senior' thinkpads
is that 95% to 100% is at the same charge rate as 0% to 95%..
if you start recharging at 90%, it'll charge to 100%, if you start at 96%
it'll stay there until it goes below 95% charge..
then it'll start charging..
this is not to say that it will go down to below 95% charge when machine is
running or not and ac adapter is connected..
you must disconnect ac adapter and run until charge state is below 95%, then
plug it in and viola! 100% charge..
if the 600 stays at 99% for a long time when it started charging at, say 90%,
ran to 99% at normal rate, then stalled for a long while at 99%, that MAY be
something worth looking into... :-)
