usually, a top will be replaced if theres anything wrong with it at all,
and
usually (so far 100% of the time) the replacement display has been perfect or
so close to it as to undiscernable...
always, remove your hard drive.. unless you really WANT to chance loosing
everything on it..
and no, they won't update anything on the hard drive except, maybe, the
entire original preload..
