i hate to say it, but you would do better to replace the entire machine..
problem is, those cables are a wear item, and bound to fail, eventually..
if you get a used one, then you are buying exactly what you are replacing..
that having been said, i have a 755CE that works, more or less, that i might part
with for a reasonable offer..
same machine, better display.. :-)
