Jane and the list,
I appreciate Jane letting me know, because as she pointed out,
I don't read the list. I still help admin the list, but right
now I'm passing most stuff off to Keith; he's getting the
"thinkpad-request" stuff right now and will be handling the
complaint. This is why we ask that questions and concerns be
sent to thinkpad-request_at_cs.utk.edu; that way we can find a
volunteer to man the con, so to speak, without having to
redirect everyone to another address.
Eventually I'll get settled into my new lifestyle, and me and
my laptop will be reading the list more often. This wasn't a
problem or sudden change, but a long-awaited, much-anticipated,
joyful change. But it's still a change, and I am a bit behind
in my reading!
Actually, a stay-at-home Mom may be just what this list needs...
Have a great labor day! I plan to have a retirement party,
myself!
Judi, a 20+ year admin that retired WITHOUT health problems!
That's what I call a good career.
