Try IBM's web site for driver disks: www.pc.ibm.com/support

The 730T came with IBM-DOS, PenDOS, Win3.1 and pen extensions. Only the
pen extensions could be downloaded and now only Pen extensions for Win95
can. This can be found on IBM's site.

Since this machine did not come with Win95, you'll have to buy it. Win98
should run, but not well, on the 730T.

If I were you, I'd put Windows95 on this machine this way:

Buy a parallel data cable.
Get parallel-compatible software:
  - MS-DOS or IBM-DOS INTERLNK
  - LapLink
  - I don't know if DR-DOS (free download) has INTERLNK
  - FreeDOS does not have this
Buy Windows95 used from ebay.
Find a keyboard.

Make a bootable DOS disk with INTERLNK for the 730T.
Make a bootable DOS disk with CD driver and INTERSRV for your "server".
Connect two machines and boot.
Partition your drive, if needed.
Install Win95.
Install pen driver from IBM's site. (They have one disk that appears to
have BIOS and drivers and utilities.)

Good luck,
