"Too many parameters"

Each time I boot my 770X, this DOS message appears:

  "Too many parameters"

Then Win98 proceeds to load and all seem to function OK.

A couple weeks ago I converted C Drive (8GB) to FAT32.
C is divided into 2 partitions. I also allow Partion Magic
4.0 to resize the partitions to efficiently use the Free Space.

Most of the time I also have a 6GB 2nd HDD in the MultiBay.
This drive is divided into 4 partions (2 - 2GB & 2 - 1GB).
A mirror imaging program partioned it that way when it
was use to backup the 3GB HD on an older 770.

QUESTIONS:

1. Should I be concerned about the DOS message?

2. If so, any suggestions about identifying and correcting
    the problem.

TIA ... John
