the machine SHOULD see what the drive is telling it is there..
so, first, be sure the drive is formatted for the full 10gigs..
also note: 10gigs is 10billion (base 10), not 10 billion bytes (base 8)
which is more.. :-)
so the true yeild for a 10gig drive is 9 something gigaBYTES...
