Well
AT&FX1 or AT&FX4
should do the job. If you run DOS9x or NT place this in the "special string"
field of the modem. All initializations DOS did are gone afterwards (AT&F
reset's the modem to factory defaults) and everything works fine. BTW: You
need the same setup as for usage within hotels etc. pp.
