My 760CD did not have a Recovery CD, so I turned
one up for a 765D. SFAIK, it should be the same
except for video and the TP utility.
The problem is that, after booting from the diskette,
it only loads so far, just past the CD driver. Something
about daisy chain flashes by, then it reboots over
and over.
How can I get this to work?
I tried downloading the file off the IBM site to make
a new boot disk, but get the same results.
I also tried to use a Win 5 start up disk, but the
same results.
Any advice would be appreciated.
