I guess I didn't get that impression from earlier posts. It sounded like the
HD was working fine before EZ-Serve and now the machine, with the new system
board, won't accept the HD password. EZ-Serve couldn't change the HD password
without knowing the old one, so that didn't seem likely. I just thought that
if the new system board was causing the incompatibility then putting the drive
in another TP might allow the real password to be accepted (and then
removed).

Just an idea...
