I don't have his original post anymore, but the way I remembered it was that
he sent the drive and all his passwords along with the unit.
EZ-Serve couldn't have done anything to the machine without the HD PW, it
wouldn't have booted for them. Nor could they have changed the existing PW
without it.
Sad to say, but if you lose your HD PW, it's now a paperweight. Anyway,
apparently the problem is resolved as he was able to get the "new" PW from
EZ-Serve.
