I'm not sure why you'd want to.

I have yet to see an end-user reason why 98 should be used over 95, other
than USB support. Call me a cynic, but every person in my department who
has gone to Win98 has had various problems and most have reported that
their systems feel slower. I've heard others report problems between 95a
and B, as well. But overall, I think I prefer Win95--its more stable <cough>
and I wish to hell I could get the drivers for it for my two thinkpads (1451
and 1480).
