NT doesn't look for the drivers anywhere. Did you just copy the floppy disk
onto the hard drive somewhere? That's probably why they're not working. <g>

You have to install a display driver in the Display control panel. The file
vftp4wnt.txt explains the details. Briefly, it goes like this:

You should run vftp4wnt.exe and it will create a floppy disk--you've
probably already done this, right? Then go into the Display control panel,
click the Settings tab and the Change Display Type... button. Click the
Change... button and the Have Disk... button and make sure A: is selected.
Select the IBM ThinkPad (Cyber 9320 etc.) choice, then OK a few times.

For more details and explanation, look at vftp4wnt.txt in the same place
you downloaded vftp4wnt.exe.

Make sure you're logged in with administrative privileges to do this...
