Thinkpad Purchase Advice Needed

Hello all,

I'm in the market for a new Thinkpad and figured I could leverage the Thinkpad
knowledge of the list.

I'm looking for a mid-level system such as a 600E, 390, or i1560 that has the
following specs:

 - 128MB memory
 - 6.4+ HD (10 would be nice)
 - CD-ROM (DVD not needed)
 - 13.3 TFT or better screen
 - size is not important
 - ideally $1800 - $2400 range (that kind of eliminates a new 600E)

Anyone know where to find good deals on new or refurb models that fit these
specs? I'd rather stick to companies and not auctions, but I guess I could
try that.
