Bill, I think this is an excellent thing to try. I think I can add
entries to both sides of the coin.
If "they" (heh! I like that, 'they') monitor the site, then perhaps
they'll start to understand some of the things they need to check.
Only yesterday did I get a blast from another computer person here
at Michigan State University--she will absolutely NOT use ThinkPads
again, owing to two really bad experiences she's had, and three Dell
laptops that have been perfect.
So yes, I think this kind of feedback would be a good thing.
