Video out operation

I'm trying to make the video out port on my ThinkPad 765D work, but I don't know how. I have gotten video in to work, but I have no clue about video out.

I'm running OS/2 Warp v4 with at least fixpack 5 (I forgot for sure -- its been 2 years since I installed it).
